Vertical serialised drama is a multi-billion-dollar business, and almost all of it is still assembled by hand from AI tools. Auteur produces the episode end to end, with a cast that stays identical across a whole season.
How it works
The only human decision is approving the cast, once. Watch a real episode move through the queue — the hard engineering is in what happens between the stages, not inside them.
The hard part
Every character is generated once and locked. Face and body references are bound into every shot they appear in, so the same person survives eighteen episodes and three hundred shots. This is the technical claim the whole product rests on.
